1 chicken, boiled and taken off the bone (cut into pieces or just pulled
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 stick butter, softened
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 box Chicken Stove Top Stuffing
1 cup sour cream
Mix all ingredients and place in 9X13 pan. Place in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Hint: Sometimes I use a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. I keep a little bit of broth frozen. Or there is some broth in the rotisserie chicken and I add enough water to make the 1/4 cup.
