Ingredients
- 3 to 5 Pound Corned Beef
- Seasoning Packet from Corned Beef
- 1 Orange or Tangerine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 onion sliced
Instructions
- Take corned beef from package and put into covered backing dish. Pour liquid from package on top of corned beef. Pour spice packet from package on top of corned beef. Cover corned beef with brown sugar. Slice orange and place slices on top of corned beef. Slice onion and place slices on top of corned beef. Pour water over top. Cover and cook at 325 degrees for 3 to 3.5 hours.
