Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bag of tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- If using frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out excess water. Roughly chop if needed.
- Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add spinach and artichokes, and sauté for about 5 minutes until the spinach is wilted and artichokes are slightly browned.
- Add the sautéed spinach and artichokes to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or slices of baguette.
