Ingredients
- 1 chicken, boiled and taken off the bone (cut into pieces or just pulled shredded pieces)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 can Cream of Celery soup
- 1 box Chicken Stove Top Stuffing
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and place in 9X13 pan.
- Place in 325-degree oven for 45 minutes.
- Hint: Sometimes I use a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. I keep a little bit of broth frozen. Or there is some broth in the rotisserie chicken and I add enough water to make the 1/4 cup.
